Most of these sites were taken from design stage by ourselves which is the easiest way to make a development of houses/apartments energy efficient. At present we are carrying out assessments for many builders on the new houses that they have in stock. Many of these are C rated houses. With our guidance we generate the most economic ways to improve the houses to a B rating making them more attractive to potential buyers.
